Terms of Service

1. About RoxApp

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website rox-app.com and any services, products, or custom work provided by Roksana Wierzbicka RoxApp, a Polish sole proprietorship (JDG) registered at Dębowa 4, 66-330 Szarcz, Poland, NIP 7611531687 (hereafter "RoxApp", "we", "us").

2. Services

RoxApp provides the following categories of services:

• Subscription products such as Restaurant Dashboard.
• One-time digital purchases such as PPG Picture Generator tokens.
• Custom development and consulting, billed on an hourly basis.

3. Acceptance

By placing an order, creating an account on any RoxApp product, or entering into a custom project agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

4. Payment

All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period. One-time purchases are charged immediately. Custom work is invoiced monthly in arrears.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel any subscription at any time. The cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are issued. See the Refund Policy for details.

6. Digital Tokens

Tokens for PPG and similar products are delivered immediately upon payment. They are non-refundable once delivered. EU consumers explicitly waive the 14-day withdrawal right at checkout as permitted by Art. 16m of Directive 2011/83/EU.

7. Custom Work

Custom projects are delivered under a separate written agreement that defines scope, timeline, and deliverables. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all software, designs, content, and trademarks on rox-app.com remain the property of RoxApp. Custom deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment, subject to the separate project agreement.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RoxApp's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This does not exclude liability for intent or gross negligence.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Consumer rights under applicable mandatory law remain unaffected.
