Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for RoxApp products and services. It applies to all orders placed on rox-app.com and its subdomains.
1. Subscription products (e.g. Restaurant Dashboard)
- You may cancel any subscription at any time via your account or by writing to
contact@rox-app.com. - Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period. The service remains available until that date.
- No pro-rata refunds are issued for partially used billing periods, unless required by applicable law.
- On cancellation, you can request an export of your data. We retain account data only for the statutory periods required by Polish tax law.
2. Digital tokens (e.g. PPG Picture Generator)
- Tokens are a digital product delivered immediately upon payment. Once delivered, they are non-refundable.
- In accordance with Art. 16m of Directive 2011/83/EU (implemented in Poland by the Consumer Rights Act), the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to fully performed digital content when the consumer has given prior express consent and acknowledged that their right of withdrawal will be lost.
- At checkout, EU consumers are required to confirm this waiver explicitly. Orders cannot be completed without this confirmation.
- Unused tokens remain on your account and do not expire, unless a product-specific expiry policy states otherwise.
3. Custom development & consulting
- Custom work is governed by the individual project agreement signed with the client. Refund terms are defined there.
- Hours already delivered and invoiced are non-refundable.
4. Exceptions — technical failure
If a purchase failed due to a technical error on our side (e.g. tokens were charged but not
delivered), we will correct it free of charge or issue a full refund. Contact us within 14
days of the incident at contact@rox-app.com.
5. How to request a refund
Send an email to contact@rox-app.com with your order reference and the reason
for the request. Refunds (where applicable) are issued to the original payment method within
14 business days of approval.
